Pre-Ordering Policies

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRE-ORDERING TAKES 3-4 WEEKS, by clicking our terms and conditions box, you are agreeing to our PRE-ORDER PROCESS and all the listed information below. 

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

   Our shipping methods are as follows:

• Trinidad & Tobago: TTPost and Personal Courier
• Caribbean: TTPost
• International: UPS

 Timeframe For Order 

• Domestic Deliveries Takes 2-5 Working Days Including the Rest Of The Caribbean
• International Deliveries Takes 5-7 Working Days
• An option to expedite your delivery is also available at an extra cost.
• Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Order Processing Time:

•    Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days, doesn’t include shipping time.
• Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Your ID verification must be submitted via email with your order number within 24-48 hours, failure to do so would result in order cancelation or refund.

Payment Methods:

•    We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer and Cash.

Shipping & Delivery

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Melanin Sisters Hair Dynasty is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after your order was handed off to the shipping service. Please contact your local post office if any problems may occur. 
• International shipments may be subject to customs taxes and duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: Unopened hair extensions may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Hair extensions must be in their original condition with the Melanin Sisters Hair Dynasty security seal intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 24-48 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for hair extensions in their original, unopened condition with the Melanin Sisters Hair Dynasty security seal intact. Altered hair will not be accepted for exchange.

Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders cancelled while in the manufacturing stage will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

• All orders are subject to review for fraud risk. To avoid delays, ensure your shipping and billing addresses match.

Terms & Conditions

• By placing an order, you agree to the following:
  • You have reviewed the product description and understand the item you are purchasing.
  • You acknowledge our return and exchange policy.
  • You understand that no changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed.

Additional Considerations:

• Custom Orders: Custom colored/style extensions are final sale; no exchanges, returns, or refunds.
• Force Majeure: In the event of a natural disaster beyond our control like Hurricane,Tornado, etc, Melanin Sisters Hair Dynasty cannot be held responsible for order fulfillment.
