*New Postal Service Changes:

TT-Post Fee: $35ttd (Trinidad and Tobago Only)(after processing 3-5 business days)

International Express fee: $250 (after processing  1-3 business days)

International Priority fee: $200 (after processing 3-5 business days)

*Please allow us 1-5 business days for processing, after an order is received then your shipping method will apply.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

We ship all domestic orders via the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) and DHL for International orders. Typically most orders have a 1-5 day process time.

International Standard shipping is Priority Mail. Orders shipped with Priority Mail generally arrive Within 1-5 business days depending on your country.

Need it faster? Please use our International Express mail option 1-3 business days after processing. Please realize this may not apply to all orders, International and custom orders at this time frame may vary. Your patience is much appreciated!

Is Tracking Information Available For My Order?

Of course! As soon as the shipping label for your order is printed you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. Please remember it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.

MelaninSistersHairDynasty’s main goal is to honor our valued customers and strive to satisfy their every need to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES at this time. To ensure you will be satisfied with your item(s) please follow these simple tips below.

Can I Be Refunded?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product(s) were not opened and the MelaninSistersHairDynasty security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 1-7 business days but different banks may vary.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because MelaninSistersHairDynasty will not be responsible for lost returns.
